A to Z Batista Legacy Gen B Part Five

Bethany and Ian are officially married and are expecting a child! The party wasn't just a wedding party though; it was also Bort and Afro's daughter Cassidy's birthday! She is aging up from a toddler to a child! What will her personality be? What will she grow up to do? We will find out as Gen B goes along ;)

The lovely newlyweds already had their cake, and now it's Cassidy's turn to rule the party! She isn't exactly a diva, but she likes attention sometimes.

Cassidy is an adorable child. She clearly has some of Afro's features, as well as the Batista red hair. So far at least one member in each generation has had red hair. In generation A, it was Jordan, generation B is Bethany and now Cassidy for generation C. We will see how further generations go.

Although poor, very pregnant Bethany was unable to get the bathroom in time and ended up peeing herself. Fortunately the festivities were mostly over at this point. She was very embarrassed until she got home and treated herself to a nice, warm bath.

The next day Afro decided to dance to the music in the basement. She loves dancing and especially Winter Holiday music.

Bethany is in labor! Let's see how many babies she's having and if they'll be boys or girls! Having Sim babies is always exciting, but a little rough to handle when you have more than two or three other Sims in your household.

Bethany had one baby! This time it's a boy, who Ian and Bethany happily named Chad. If anyone is familiar with Hollie from HollieBB on YouTube or Twitch, you know all about Chad ;)

Ian noticed the stereo in the living room was broken, so rather than feel like he was annoying Bort, he took it upon himself to try to fix it. Ian has no prior handiness skill or experience in fixing anything. Therefore, he was a little dazed and derpy because he shocked himself.

Afro's brother Brian was busy with work, so this was the first time he had met Cassidy and Chad. Here he is holding baby Chad. He likes children much more than his sister does.

Chad is now a toddler! It was a great time too! His birthday was during winter, which means Winterfest is coming, and what toddler or child doesn't like Winterfest? Bethany is holding him as he blows out the candles in front of the windows revealing a beautiful, snowy day in Newcrest. As a reminder, the Batista home is on the Twin Oracle Point lot in Newcrest.

Bethany decided to paint a picture to celebrate Chad's big day, while Aunt Afro followed a wobbly Chad into the kitchen. She gets tense anytime she is near either Chad or Cassidy. So if you're wondering what happens when a Sim who has the "hates children" trait is near children or toddlers, they become really tense until they're away from the child/toddler.

Bethany painted a lovely sandwich, then decided to paint some pet pictures. She wishes she grew up with pets, but Jordan wasn't a fan of them. She felt they were unnecessary to a good household. Plus she didn't want to pick up dog or cat hair from the furniture and floors before they hired their maid.

Brother-In-Laws Ian and Bort had a great, deep conversation about art. Ian showed Bort his skills by sculpting this with the clay. Sims of all ages love the clay because they get really inspired by it.

I'm not sure who painted this picture, but Bort seems pretty sure of himself here. Also, look at those abs. He must be listening to Ian's advice because whatever he's been doing has been working wonderfully.

I love the detail the Sims team put into Seasons. This pack amazes me so much every time I play Sims 4 with it. The frosted window detail is incredible, and it gives such a realistic look and feel for winter. I remember every time we got a lot of snow in New Jersey our windows looked somewhat like these. Seasons is seriously an amazing pack and well worth the money (but build your own bundle on Origin is a better deal)!

One of Afro's friends Ashley asked if she could have her birthday party at the Batistas' and she said yes. Although it was more like Ashley invited the Batistas to her party then the party thing popped up in my game. *facepalm* one thing I'd change about townies is things like that. I wasn't anywhere near prepared to host a party, but here we are.

Ashley turned from an adult to an elder right as Bethany finished baking her cake. Ashley was very grateful Afro allowed her to have her party there because there was loads of space to entertain guests and have a great time.

That concludes this visit to Newcrest and the Batistas! Who knows what will happen with this family. Things may stay as calm and chill as they've been, or they may go in a crazy direction! Only time will tell :) Have a great week and see you soon with a new post! :)
