Strangerville Part Seven

Last time in Strangerville, Harmony got the piece she needed for the next part of the mystery. Aldo is also working hard on his Body Builder aspiration. Harmony was the main focus of the last part, so we will focus on Aldo quite a bit here. He is well on his way to achieving his goal of Body Builder. He will venture to another world with Harmony and workout at a gym in every world. The worlds that don't have gyms I will either use a gym I've previously made or build a new one.

Aldo has discovered he loves painting. It's so relaxing and he loves letting his creative juices flow. He used to sing and such when he was a child, but wasn't really into art. Now he's glad Harmony convinced him to get easels in their new home.

It's also Spooky Day! Harmony is dressed up as an Astronaut and Aldo is a cheerleader. They're also doing some more bonding by painting. "I told you it's a lot of fun, Aldo," Harmony tells him. Aldo replies, "I see that now. We're both going to be the fittest artists in Strangerville soon!"

The next day after work, they decided to watch some Cooking Channel for inspiration. They love finding new recipes and experimenting in all sorts of ways.

Then when their cooking skill increased a point, it was back to painting. At this point, Harmony was level five and Aldo was level three. Soon they'll be making more money painting than their actual jobs. That's okay though. This gorgeous home is large and much more expensive than their previous one. The last set of bills cost almost 5000 Simoleons!

One of their work friends came over that night. As usual I forgot her name >< Of course the first thing she did was go on their computer. Sometimes it feels like Sims only come over to use the computer. The real question is, is she trolling teh forums or digging up dirt on Harmony and Aldo? They seem pretty normal, except their basement is basically a Science Lab that's locked to everyone but them. I'll do a special part with pictures of their home; I renovated their home and added the basement. It will also be on the Gallery under "Strangerville Home."

Harmony and Aldo used their Harvestfest day off to workout and now they're painting the same picture. Harmony's was worth a little more because she has one more skill point than Aldo.

It's Harvestfest! After Harmony and Aldo did some painting, they decided to decorate a little more and invite some friends over for a dinner party. The house looks perfect for a party!

Ooh, is this Harmony Rainier or Bella Goth? This is Harmony dressed like Bella. Given Bella's strange past and history in Sims 2 Strangetown, she decided her party outfit should look like Bella's everyday outfit just in case she needed to disguise herself at any point. I think she looks amazing in this :)

While Harmony was getting everything cleaned up and ready, Aldo cooked dinner and invited their friends over. One guest did have to sit in another room because I unintentionally invited one too many Sims. The conversations had over dinner were very pleasant and the fortunately the Strangerville Mystery was among the topics not discussed.

After that delicious dinner Aldo cooked, they all decided to catch up on some good TV. I do eventually plan on adding another couch to the living room before the next party, which will also be in a couple parts.

The next morning it was business as usual. Harmony and Aldo got up, dressed and went to work. Fortunately their hours are 7AM to 3PM at the moment and they're able to be productive as well.

When Harmony got home she wanted to take a nice bath, but was afraid to so she instead got a shower. When she got out, lo and behold, there were more vines! "What is going on? This mystery needs to be solved soon!" She said to herself.

Aldo discussed the vine situation with Harmony while she painted and he wrote. She doesn't know too much about it, but this whole thing started when she was able to open that secret door. She knows there is much more to that basement, she just doesn't know what she'll find. A couple more things need to be done before she can rid Strangerville of these plants and vines.

Since Aldo decided to change his aspiration from Strangerville Mystery to Bodybuilder, one of the requirements was to workout at the gym. He decided to venture out to Willow Creek and pump some iron. The ladies were very interested in him, but he only has eyes for Harmony. We don't know if she feels the same yet (no spoilers here) ;)

I also created Cosmo, Wanda, Timmy and Poof from the Fairly Odd Parents as Sims and I put them in Willow Creek. Here we have Wanda trying to keep her lean physique after Timmy wished them all to be regular Sims. The Fairy family is on my Gallery page, PhilliesPOPster5 :)

Alright, that will do it for this part of Strangerville! In the next couple parts, we'll see how close Harmony is to solving the Strangerville mystery and see how far Aldo can go in his Fitness aspiration! The military career is keeping his fitness up, so he's going through it pretty quickly.
