Nina is walking up the stairs. I love her hot weather outfit. The top is ombre and the bottom color is the exact same shade of pink as her skirt. Ombre is one of my favorite trends
Nina was going to Troll Teh Forums when she got upstairs, but changed her mind and painted instead. It's the least she can do to help earn money on top of Mitchell's pretty good salary.
Meanwhile, at the lab, Mitchell decided it's pool party day! Everyday you're given tasks to help your Sim's job performance. Lately "mind control Sims to change outfit" has been a task everyday, hence why Mitchell mind controls his coworkers so much. This option is only with the Get To Work careers.
He also noticed his rival, Reese Faulk, was at the lab as a tourist. So he decided venture over there and freeze him along with other townies. He was upset that he had to thaw him out. Mitchell thinks Reese looks best frozen. Background: Reese was trying to flirt with Nina and Mitchell caught him. Nina wasn't even remotely interested in him.
Right after the townies got thawed by Mitchell, they enjoyed some burgers. Mitchell loves grilled food he doesn't have to cook himself. That's partially why he loves Nina so much.
When Mitchell got home, he remembered it's Ross' birthday! He quickly made a cake and called Nina and Ross downstairs. He's so proud that Ross is becoming a teen. He's really smart and independent, so why wouldn't he?
Ross was feeling a little mad (thanks hot head trait) but he smelled cake. The smell of baking cake can make anyone happy! Then he remembered it's his birthday! He had been so busy talking to his friends online that it slipped his mind completely!!
So we will conclude this part with the Berry family celebrating Ross becoming a teen! Just like most teens, he spends the first few minutes checking his phone and taking selfies. He looks a lot like Mitchell, only with Nina's hair color. Note this is before I edited him in CAS. The next part will feature Ross after I edit him.
That does it for this part of Not So Berry! For the Rose Generation I'm following the Base Game rules because I don't have City Living, therefore I don't have the Political Career. I will switch to the Rose Generation when Ross becomes a young adult; he'll spend his teen years trying to become an A student and try to complete as much of the Serial Romantic aspiration as he can.
