Rags to Riches Stage Four Part Two

Hello friends! Today Camila will be having her first Spooky Day in Brindleton Bay! She will also be hosting her first ever dinner party! Let's see how it goes. This challenge is a lot of fun to play, especially since there are so many ways to make money without having a job/career. Thanks for those options, Sim Gurus! It's Spooky Day in Brindleton Bay! Inspired by a distant friend's love for vintage maid costumes, Camila decided to dress up as a maid for Spooky Day. She was so excited to hand candy out to local Sims of all ages! She debated having a party with her friends, but ultimately decided against it. She figured she save the festivities for Harvestfest!

 Camila is handing candy out to a local Sim, who came dressed as Yoda from Star Wars. She loved his costume so much she let him take an extra piece. Don't tell the others! She also put a boombox with some spooky music on her porch for some added spooky effects.

Giving candy out really wore Camila out! She fell asleep early, and Chester and Shadow followed suit. The wall of cat pictures is coming along really nicely! Both cats have quite a nice Simstagram following as well! She's had Shadow a little longer, which is why she has a few more pictures than Chester.

 When Camila woke up, she decided to take more pictures of Chester. Of course Chester decided at the last second to be distracted by something on the floor. Camila keeps her house very tidy, so who knows what it was! Either way Chester is a cutie!

Shadow proves once again that she can sleep anywhere. Chester just looks on as her sister takes her midday nap on the dining room table. Let's hope she doesn't try to do that during Camila's Harvestfest party (more on that below!)

It was a gorgeous night in Brindleton Bay. Camila loved looking at the gorgeous lights and displays around town. It was her favorite part of the holidays there.

Shadow loves sleeping on the table, but where does Chester like to sleep? The fridge of course! Not inside, but on top! I hope you're comfortable, Chester. It doesn't look optimal for a nap to me.

Camila was having painting withdrawals, so she decided to paint a beautiful picture of some of her favorite fruits. Coincidentally the fruits she painted are mostly fall fruits like apples. She is really getting into the fall spirit!

It's Harvestfest, which means it's time for Camila to put her cooking and social skills to the test. Will she survive the grand meal or will it be awful? Will her friends gladly come over for Winterfest or will they make excuses to not go? We shall see. So far it's going quite well. She's talking to a couple friends while another surfs the web. Kinda rude to go to a Sim's house just to use the computer, isn't it?

Of course, Camila couldn't have a nice get together without one of her best friends, Alexander Goth! He loves visiting Camila and he also loves playing with Chester and Shadow! They've bonded so nicely.

Judging by the confident smirk on Camila's face, I'd say the dinner went quite well. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and food, plus Chester and Shadow got much more attention than they usually do! No one can wait until Winterfest to see if Camila can top this meal! We will find out how that goes in the next part!

Camila washes her hands before she finishes cleaning up after the party. It was definitely a success. She loves entertaining her friends, and she's glad she's earned enough money to have a home large enough to do so. 

Alright friends that about does it for this part of Rags to Riches Stage Four! There are maybe two or three parts left, then we'll see how Camila's home transforms as she goes through the "Mansion Baron" aspiration. Then we'll work on finding a nice man for Camila to settle down with and have a kid or two. Like I said a while back, I have aging turned off, so I'll be aging Sims up whenever I think it's necessary. Keep an eye on my Twitter to see if I have any polls related to Camila's life!
