Bethany was collecting harvestables late one night and fell asleep. Alec had stopped harvesting for a brief time, but he taught Bort and Bethany to do it so they could make money. Unfortunately they couldn't make 1000 Simoleons a day like Alec due to Seasons now being played, but they make it work with their painting skills.
Bort loves painting just as much as Alec. He is an Art Lover, so he takes pride in all his lovely work.
He also loved photographing the beautiful Newcrest scenery like Alec. He isn't as Outdoorsy, but he loves being outside.
Even through young adulthood, Bort and Bethany are super close! Slight spoiler: they remain close for the rest of their lives!
Bethany has maintained a good relationship with the nanny. Chelsie. Chelsie took care of both Bort and Bethany when they were too young to be left alone. Cloudgazing is one of their favorite pasttimes.
Bort loves painting fun, abstract paintings with animals. He isn't a huge pet Sim, but he loves painting animals!
If anyone is familiar with James' Get to Work LP, you'll recognize Afro (aka Bryanna Crane). She moved to town with her mom, Lynn, and her brother Bryan. Bort went to greet them and welcome them to Newcrest and instantly knew Afro was the one. They sat and talked until Afro had to go to bed before work the following morning.
It is summer now, so Bethany loves wearing her summer dress. It's very comfortable and she feels confident in it.
Bort is just as bold as Alec sometimes! Afro came over one day and he decided to kiss her. Fortunately it worked out because she kissed him right back! Will we see love blossom at the Batista home? We shall see.
Alec paid Bethany a visit but unfortunately she was sleep. About 2 seconds before this was taken, ALEC GOT INTO BED WITH BETHANY. ALEC NOOOO. That is NOT how you spend time with your kids!
Afro moved in briefly after the kiss. I decided to make a slight loophole here. The Batista heirs will have jobs in every odd generation but the spouses will retain whatever job they had before moving in. Afro was a detective, so she remained one. Bort and Bethany don't have jobs since both Alec and Jordan had them.
Bort and Afro wanted to bond a little before jumping into engagement and marriage, so they bonded in the best way: cloudgazing!
Siblings who work out together stay close together! Bort and Bethany stretch together. They enjoy doing a lot of things together like working out and getting a drink. They're as close as siblings get.
Afro had a stressful day at work, so she decided to unwind and do some laundry outside. She hated being pregnant because she hates children. Let's hope she doesn't have any ill intent for the baby. I don't think she will.
"The baby's coming! The baby's coming!" were the last words Bort heard before his girlfriend rushed to the hospital. Bort as in the middle of painting, so he didn't go. He claimed he'd lose his mojo if he walked away. He's too much like his dad Alec sometimes. Do you think Afro is going to give birth to a baby boy or a baby girl? Let me know!
