We last saw Aldo and Harmony reading books and studying Strangerville's mysterious past. Aldo can't get enough of the mystery. Or can he? Here we see Harmony and Aldo discussing the previous night's findings at breakfast. Both are having a ball in the military career. They haven't yet worked from home, but that will change soon.
The alien protection has become a huge trend all over it seems. Here we see a lovely conspiracy theorist (whose name I've forgotten) strutting her stuff with what looks like a hat modeled after the strainer one we see them wear around town. Maybe she's forgotten where she is.
Harmony and Aldo have made it a habit to discuss their daily plans to solve the mystery and save the possessed Sims. They want to befriend their neighbors, not watch them derp around in horror.
Townies from all over the Sims 4 world have come to Strangerville to relax. Even Oasis Springs' own Katrina Caliente! Here she is looking like a model as she walks downtown.
Aldo just got done discussing some top secret info but he had to look it up to see if it was true. To his surprise, everything the other Sim had to say was true!!
Eliza Pancakes has added herself to the list of Sims 4 townies who frequently visit Strangerville. Hey Eliza, don't you have to make Bob something? Or watch him talk to his male friends?
After a long and stressful day at work, Harmony chose to wind down with some Sims Forever, while Aldo opted to watch his fellow bros take down their rival team! Go Llamas!
After breakfast the next morning, Aldo had a very important question for Harmony, but was too shy to ask. He wanted to try and figure out whether he should pursue a relationship with Harmony or someone else. Do you ship Harmony and Aldo? I'm beginning to! I have great plans for them!
Harmony got a promotion, while Aldo has not yet. Up until this point in gameplay, they got promoted on the same day. This is the first time one has gotten promoted before the other. Will Harmony stay ahead of Aldo professionally or will he catch up?
Down the street from Aldo and Harmony's house, Possessed Jess tries to get around. They are quite derpy and entertaining!
Harmony sees one of the higher ups at the military base and decides to see what she's willing to tell Harmony about the happenings in Strangerville. She didn't learn a whole ton, but she did find out how to acquire a keycard once she reaches level 5 of her career.
Meanwhile, Aldo tries to talk to Possessed Jess to no avail. She just keeps going on about water and The Mother. Whatever that means. He tried to slap the possession out of her but she was much too quick. Aldo should work on his skills and reflexes a little more before trying it again.
Harmony got a scanner from a fellow military personnel so she could scan the bizarre plants. She didn't find much here, but other spots she really scored! She has a feeling that her findings will be a huge help later in the investigation!
It turns out that this particular bizarre plant is pretty popular among conspiracy theorists and enthusiasts. This isn't the first (or second) Sim I'd spotted here. I wonder what the deal is...
Harmony decided to move onto other bizarre plants to see what she could find. These odd spores popped up when she scanned the area. Hmm.
So that'll do it for this part of the Strangerville Mystery! Who knows how many parts this will end up being? Stay tuned for the next part as we get closer to solving the great mystery and climb up the Military Career ladder! Also, either Harmony or Aldo is planning a big life change and plot twist.
